Thanks for all the replies last week. I would have posted this earlier but you know how it is when you are under the gun.... Anyway, it turned out that the CGI was passing the parameters as %20 instead of spaces, (duh!), and once I compensated for that it worked just fine. But as it turned out, I wound up using the direct call function within the net.data macro instead of the cgi program. I don't understand why IBM stopped supporting net.data - it's easy to use and so much faster than our resource hogging java apps. Oh well, who knows why IBM does what it does? Again, thanks for the help! =)
