How I would do this depends upon the file sizes. If they files aren't too big, I'd just copy it over from the other system. You can also use MS Access to do this against two systems but it's going to be slow. If the files are big enough that a copy isn't going to work, you could write an embedded SQL program that reads every record on one system and that goes to the remote system to see if the record exists or not. Which ever method you choose, you'll need to do this both ways (compare system A to system B and system B to system A) to find all of the differences.
