Last summer I started down the path to RPGIV and have enjoyed the 
journey.  I have Cozzi's "The Modern RPG IV Language" sitting right here 
next to me and of course this list is awesome when it comes to quick 
assistance on learning curve issues.  You may want to search the 
archives for "Moving to RPGIV" which was my post.  Several great 
suggestions given there.
