many ways :
1- change the logical (descending order)
2- if you only want YTD > 0 initialize YTD key with one.
3- use embeded sql
4- use opnqryf
5- if it is not a big file, read records into a table, define muti field in
that table, and sort it.
.....
If you have SQL, a very good and flexible apporach is option 3 for me.
