JVM and CHGACGCDE

In our system each menu item, before starting the associated program, calls the 
CHGACGCDE to set the proper ACGCDE for accounting purposes.

However if I previously ran any rpg+java this command fails with CPF180B.

To avoid this, I destroy the JVM at the end of my rpg, and I create a new one 
when needed. This worked fine up to V5R2.

Stil at V5R3 I call the DestroyJavaVM that returns successful and terminates 
all the processes: this allows the CHGACGCDE.

Subsequent call to JNI_GetCreatedJavaVMs returns ZERO JVM running but the 
JNI_CreateJavaVM fails with rc = -5  (JVAB55C-JVM already exists).

Does this means either that i cannot use the Job Accounting or I cannot use the 
rpg+java ?
