RPG syntax to use the long column name -- RPG400-L

I'm using DDS ALIAS keyword, which provides the alternative long
column name for the short name provided in the DDS.
DDS manual goes to say that iSeries HLLs have knobs in them, which
determine which name is used in the program.  I cannot find what that
knob is in the RPG!  Anyone out there know what RPG syntax is to use
the long column name?
