Gives CR as 74 and LF as 77, from code set A.  I can't remember what the
iSeries rules are for encoding and shifting from code128 A,B,C off the
top of my head, but it seems like you would want to start out in code C
for the digits, then shift to set A for the CR and LF.  


So, I would try:

Start C, 01, 23, 45, 67, 89, Shift A, CR, LF, Stop


In hex -

69 01 23 45 67 89 65 6D 6A
