How to Enable Application Administration in Navigator ? -- RPG400-L

I am a QSECOFR and by mistaken, I disabled all the options of Iseries
Navigator in Application Administration, when I log off and Logon again,
only basic options were visible, and when I click on Application
Administration, it says, you are not Authorised, how can I enable such
options again, either directly through AS/400 Server 5250 Emulator or by any
other way.
