I have created a procedure to convert an IFS file from one CCSID to another CCSID. I want to allow the convert from CCSID parameter to have "*ALL" capability, so the code has been written so that if the convert from CCSID parameter is 0 convert the file to the specified CCSID. Is 0 the best "*ALL" value, or would 65536, or some other value be a better choice?
