I happened to be modifying an old report program that uses a MODS, and after
converting it to ILE, I was rewriting a section of code and tried the
following:

    for %occur(mods) = 1 to 3;
        ..do something..
    endfor;

It seemed like a good idea (save a couple of lines of code<g>), but the
syntax checker didn't like it. The v5r2 manual says %occur is an unsigned
numeric value; and the only notes on "index name" in the FOR op code are
that "...variables should be declared in the Definition specifications." and
"The index-name can be any fully-qualified name, including an indexed array
element."

Well, ok, %occur(mods) is not a "name", but it sure seems like this would be
a valid use. Oh well, back to work.
