Re: comment window on a regular full screen.

You can do a write to the window and then an exfmt on the record format. 
If what you are trying to accomplish is have a bordered comments look like 
it's actually part of the actual record format.

Write Window  (window has overlay)
Exfmt RecordFormat.

This should work, I've done it in the past, but I've forgotten which 
program it's in.

This is probably going to reveal my basic ignorance of DDS but here goes.

The program I am writing needs some static comments and instructions to
always display on the main screen.  Is it possible to have those comments
appear inside the default window borders and still leave the main screen 
as
the active format?
