Overflow diagnostic messages

The following are a few lines in one RPGLE pgm.

C               Z-ADD     30157.39      VAR1              7 2
C               ....
C               Z-ADD     VAR1          VAR2              7 3

Overflow would occur as per the above code. The compilation option
TRUNCNBR was set to *NO. I did not see any diagnostic messages in the
compiler report. Am I missing something?

Is there any way to see, where are the lines, in which, overflow might
occur?
