QUSRJOBI OBJD0300

Has anyone had any experience getting QUSRJOBI to return the job's
submitted-on date?
It keeps coming back as blank on my two systems.
The subfield in the returned DS is QUSDPOJ.
Here's what shows up in Debug, as you can see QUSDPOJ is blank.
