Subject: weird error

I have program A which makes a call to program B with a PARM as with the
following:

C CALL 'jdeal'
            PARM SSN

When I step through it in debug mode I am getting the following:

Cannot resolve to object jdeal. Type and Subtype X'0201' Authority X'0000'.

+

For the life of me I cannot seem to figure out what the heck is going wrong
with this. jdeal runs just fine on its own with no errors or problems and
it compiled just fine...

Suggestions or ideas?
