Setting the indicator is not enough.  You need to send the changed
indicator status out to the workstation.   Try using WRITE to re-send
recordno1 back to the display.

C EXFMT recordno1
C EVAL PKEY=*ON
C WRITE recordno1
C EXFMT recordno2
