After all many (not all but "many") are of the type whereby if you don't
have the skill to prototype them you probably shouldn't be using them. 
Let me know and I'll move them into the RPGLAB library.

I think the most important thing for us is to have a central repository of
as many prototypes as possible. This will afford us the security of knowing
that the prototypes have gone through some form of peer-review. We can then
use them knowing they conform to an agreed (among the RPG community)
standard. After all, that's what W3C is all about. :-)

Also, I think that we should include definitions such as flags, __errno
error codes, etc...
