Why not simply solicit from us? E.g., I have a large group of SQL CLI prototypes that I've used for years. I'd have no problem donating them to an IBM-sponsored project that would make them available everywhere. I have a bunch of others, but I've seen very similar ones from lots of other sources. Maybe IBM doesn't really need a very large group of programmers for this nor much time (relative to what it would take from scratch, of course.) Maybe all they need is someone willing to collect them along with samples of usage and package them, similar to QUSRTOOL.
