I am 24 and have been programming in RPG for 4 years. I started on RPGIII, now in RPGIV. We have a local college here in Dothan, Alabama that teaches RPGIII and COBOL. Ironically, I taught myself RPG before finding out that the local school was teaching it.

I know our local technical college (South Central Technical College) has RPG programmers but that is the only school I am aware of that teaches RPG. I am sure there are others.
