- Date format is included in the attributes that can be controlled by the
SETJOBATR keyword - here's the whole list:

 *CCSID - The coded character set identifier from the locale
 *DATFMT - The date format from the locale
 *DATSEP - The date separator from the locale
 *DECFMT - The decimal format from the locale
 *SRTSEQ - The sort sequence from the locale
 *TIMSEP -  The time separator from the locale
