In addition to what Jonathan said, you have to compile your program with
DFTACTGRP(*NO) and in either a named activation group, *NEW, or *CALLER. (in
other words, it has to be a "true ILE" program. Also, if you change the
program name (or clone the code for another program), you must also change
the name on the PR and PI to match.

and Division (3a), you would define it like:

Note, the spacing above is as an example, and not the required spacing on
the actual D spec.
