You date structure defined POS as two bytes field.  Not sure how you get the 
value of 0B390000 (that's 4 bytes).

Can RPGII use DSPF file?  If so, it would be easier to just use the RTNCSRLOC 
keyword to get the row and col.

I realize that 0B39 represents the decimal value that I want, but how
do I get the line # using a RPG II program?  (Remember, the value
returned from the INFDS is NOT 0B39 but rather 0B390000.)
