RE: Clearing fields in a subfile control record

Somewhere between this code and the EXFMT the other 2 fields are being 
re-loaded.

I am having a problem with clearing the fields in my subfile control
record. The control record has 3 fields for the street name, street
number and the street type used to reposition the file. The program has
no problem clearing the first of the fields (street name) but the other
two fields will not blank out. All fields are character fields. Here
is the code that I am using to clear the control record.

begsr @clear;
CRRN = *zero;
#sflclr = *off;
#sfldsp = *off;
position1 = *blanks;
position2 = *blanks;
position3 = *blanks;
write wnflctl;
#sflclr = *off;
endsr;

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
