To put it in a nutshell, it became an issue of how the program worked and how the client thought the program should have worked. They felt that the code they had put in there was fine and that our program was handling the results they were putting out wrong. What they failed to realize was that the program generated billing charges using a step system (ie consumption based) and when they changed the values they ended up changing the entire billing stucture. Not so much a war, but a battle to make them understand how they went wrong. Once that mess was figured out they were ok with it in the end.
