If the other machine is an iSeries use:
MD '/QFileSvr.400/OtherMachine'
CPY into this directory.
If the other machine is not
CPY into '/QNTC/OtherMachine/SomeShareYouSetUp'

But you'll find more on this on the MIDRANGE-L list.  Lots of discussion on
QNTC.

Does anyone know (and I'm not sure if this is the right list to do this
but here goes) how to copy a stream file from the IFS of one AS/400 to
another machine?  For example, I want a pdf file that I'm converting on
the production server iSeries to go to the Web server in a directory to
access it from the web?  I have the IP address etc, but not getting too
much luck.  I'd like to be able to automate the process.  TIA,
