Window overlay problem

All,

I have a program , PgmA (RPG 400) which displays a full screen , 
I need to call pgmB (RPG IV) to display a window ontop of the full screen of
pgmA.

When I do this the PgmA screen disappears. It does reappear once i exit
PgmB.

I have set the following in PgmA        
RSTDSP=*YES
KEEP=Y

In PgmB I have set the following
RMVWDW=Y
KEEP=Y


Does anyone know the correct combination of keywords to make this correct? I
have looked through the Archive , but there is a lot of contradictory
advice.
