You should be able to use two record formats with OVERLAY keyword to display 
two subfiles side by side.  However, they will need to be one page at a time 
subfiles (SFSIZE = SFPAG) to allow you to handle the page down correctly.

Can I do a side by side subfile without using two windows to accomplish 
this?  I want the left subfile to contain data from one file, right 
subfile to contain data from another, they can use the option fields in 
front of the data as check boxes so that I can write both to an output 
file?  Looking for the easiest way to do this?  Right now I'm trying to do 
it with one subfile split in columns, but the tab order goes side to side.
