Sign-up for UPS's IT tools and you can download code (Java, .NET) that will do most of the work for you. I have a system accessing the Time In Transit functionality where an RPG program makes a call to a Java webserivce(WAN) that in turn calls UPS's web service and then I parse the response in my RPG program and calculate which packages weren't delivered on time. I don't remember why I had to make the jump to Java first so don't ask :-) Brad Stones GetURI or Scott Klements HTTPAPI will both work from the RPG end. Has any written a RPGLE program that can grab the tracking information or a UPS shipment? Or used a combination of RPGLE and Java to grab the information? Would you be willing to share the code?
