FW: ADDPFTRG Trigger Error

Good Morning all.
I found my problem on IBMs support site. They say PTF/FIX SI05118 addresses 
this error. We have had this permanently installed long ago. We religously 
install all cums quarterly. We do not have DB2 support with them. Can anyone 
make a suggestion? From their site:
