ADDPFTRG Error

Good Afternoon all;
I am trying to do my first Trigger program in many years. I found Pete Hall's 
sheel to use as a base. Compiled programs fine. However ADDPFTRG gets an error:
Message . . . . :   The trigger operation failed.                              
Cause . . . . . :   The trigger operation for file KHMAST in library KMHLIB,   
  for trigger *N in library *N, failed because of errors. The operation was 1. 
   The reason code is 6.                                                       
06 - Cross Reference failed with return code X'10A2' and diagnostic code 0.     
                                                                      

Is anyone familiar with this error?
