Nothing in the source has any influence, other than the actual exports
themselves.

The signature is determined by the names and sequence of the exported items.
The sequence is either alphabetical - if you do not supply binder source -
Or the sequence determined by the binder source.  If your original service
program was not created with binder source, then you will need to create a
binder source for the *PRV signature with the exports in alpha order and
then copy that list and add new exports to the end, for the *CURRENT
signature.
