Hi Marilyn,
No, it requires ILE. If you want to use it from an OPM environment, you should put it into an ILE program that's running in a named activation group (probably QILE) and then call that program from your OPM software.
I haven't a clue what "Advantage Plex" is... Frankly, trying to use OPM to parse XML is like trying to take a wooden wheel from a covered wagon and install it on your mini-van. It's probably physically possible, but it's not going to be a good solution.
