Which as I pointed out in another note I fought for along time to get
changed.  In V5R3 IBM have changed it.  Don't know the new value for the
default, but it means RPG/COBOL programs will no longer use *NEW - that will
be retained for C/C++ though.  I _think_ COBOL and RPG will now default to
QILE but have no way of checking that.
