It looks like a "AND" is missing on the vendor search...maybe I'm just
looking at it wrong.  Does the SEARCHVND field end with a % sign?

Suggestion,  put the program into debug and then look at the job log.  It
should tell you whether the prepare statement completed or not.  If not it
is probably the syntax of the statement.
