Well, feel free.. I've helped a few customers set up SOAP
transactions using GETURI.  While I'm not a SOAP expert I
may be able to help with any questions regarding the HTTP
request...  the format of the SOAP is up to you.

Also, with GETURI you can build the data in a stream file
to send along instead of a large parameter..  this removes
any limitations to the size of the data you can post.  

Not to mention, SSL is included with GETURI, and it's been
tested on some pretty complex systems, even using Client
Authenticaition (thanks Art!)
