Spanish characters in AFP

We have a form that our Health deparmtent translator has put into Spanish.  
We have entered the Spanish tranlsation into AFP for an overlay used by the RPG 
IV program.  
 
There is no problem printing most of the form. 
However, we cannot find some accented characters in a font that AFP will print. 
 (Ex:  Há  estado enfermo)
We tried pasting the characters from Word into AFP.  They show up on the screen 
but still don't print on our Lexmark printer.
 
Does anyone have any ideas of a font in AFP that would print Spanish language 
specific characters?
