Looking for FAQ: Re: binder language, binding directories, bind by copy/reference

Specifically looking for the FAQ entry on binder language, as Buck stated was
there.  The only hit that the search entry shows for binder language is titled
"I used EXPORT(*ALL) and now I have to recompile my programs. Why?":

Is this the one you were referring to, Buck?  Alas, Rick never appended to it.

I've mananged to edit that entire thread into a single Word document.  (It's
been sitting in my archive folder waiting for me to finally tackle the 60-post
thread.  Today, I did.)  Looks like our shop may finally be jumping into this
ILE thingy.  <g>
