Rob, I think it is more the Info Center rather than the manuals. As someone previously mentioned, I have the PDF versions of the manuals I use the most and some I rarely use. I find these very helpful. When I need to go to the Info Center for something I don't have locally it usually becomes an exercise in frustration until I mange to find what I need.
