Again, recollections being what they are, iirc the DSPFD *ACCPTH (or
possibly *ATR) shows the name of the file that is being used for implicit
*ACCPTH sharing (ie, index).  If so, a query sorted by BOL, BOF, shared
*ACCPTH would do the trick.
