Excellent ideas! I changed the step to C IndOff BegSR C MoveA '000000' *In(81) C MoveA '000000' *In(90) C EndSR At the suggestion of Robert, and it seemed nice, simply because it is less lines of code. Then I read Buck's post, and some good points are made there. In two years, when I am modifying this program, how easy is it going to be to trace down, in the above code, where Indicator 83 gets turned off... Well it's actually a pretty short program, but still, good programming practice is still the best approach. I think I will leave the code as it is for now - if all the indicators were sequential I might do an overlay, but they aren't sequential for a reason (the variables the fields represents are suffixed 1-6, to match the indicators, in two sets.).
