Ali,

we currently start and end JVM many times in the same interactive job,
because the JVM if running prevents from issuing CHGACGCDE that we use for
job accounting.

This is a mistery how it works at V5R2. Barbara Morris still says that you
can't end/restart the JVM without crashing the job . . . but it works.
