Maybe not a decent web page, but I've put together a twiki web with sample code. I purposely posted code that uses old style syntax so that everyone would have lots to argue about :) Anyone can change the code (and I mean *anyone*). Put whatever you like on the page. Rearrange the code however you like. You can't hurt anything. If people really want to try peer review then let's try this and see if it is useful (probably the most successful peer review is that which happens in open source projects - I've learned a lot from others).
