Whenever a service program abends the system seems to handle the error so I don't have a chance to perform a dump. The calling program abends with the call to procedure error at which point I can look in the job log to see what happened. Is there a way to have the system not answer the service program error so that a dump can be requested? If not, what would be the best way to handle a generic error so that a dump could be performed.
