Nonono.. it's not because it's ACTGRP(*CALLER), but rather because the
service program is in the same activation group as your program.

Granted, ACTGRP(*CALLER) will give this result, but if you gave your
program and the service program the same named activation group, you'd
also be able to use IMPORT/EXPORT.
