Oh, I am with you, and SNDPGMMSG is what I use. But different strokes for different folks. You might be right about sticking to one method. Makes that training easier. And, doesn't negate the other. For instance, once you started using full screen you'll anger the people when they don't get a full screen on other ap's and have to remember to look at the message line. Plus they are extremely easy to deploy; one simple CL,RPG,/COPY/Service Program and you can put them "any where". Also with a RTVMSGD routine, extremely flexible.
