Yes that was a bit of a pain. And we managed to delay our WAS implementation until WAS express came out just because of that migration (and the cost of WAS4). IBM is getting much more picky on staying current. Like Domino R5 will not work on the release of OS after V5R2 for the sole reason that they dropped JDK 1.2. And I think they did that just because there are newer versions of the JDK out there so use them. The official fix is to migrate to Domino R6. Which wouldn't be a problem if they fixed the catch 22 with Quickplace (which still doesn't support R6). There WAS one twist to the V5R2 upgrade, Scott. V5R2 specifically broke WAS35SE. That is, if you had an application that worked wonderfully on WAS35SE and you upgraded to V5R2, your application stopped working (well, more precisely, WebSphere stopped working). The only way around this is to upgrade to WebSphere Express. That's why I've been giving sessions on migration to WebSphere Express at trade shows and the like. It's a bit of a pain, actually.
