However I should have mentioned it is RPG36. You are correct. I should have
mentioned the language and the operating version.

That's true.
 
However, when Booth said (he said it originally, not me!) that the file
was called "<Program Name> + FM" what he was probably remembering was
the Sys/36 environment.
