So, I would think obviously, I *already* assumed I did NOT speak for the
vast majority of posters on this list.  And you, obviously, are not
interested in "scoring points" with me, but there may be others on this list
who place a primary emphasis on discussion which is logic-based as opposed
to personality-based.

"Few of your points score with me" (hopefully) allows you to get something
off your chest, but adds nothing to the discussion.  I'm not interested in
attacking anyone personally, with almost no exceptions, and if my replies
are taken that way that says more about how they are READ than what it is
I've ACTUALLY written.

I'll listen (to the extent I have time, can't keep up with all posts on all
the web), but I'm not interested in posts that say (in essence) I disagree
with what you are saying because it was you who said it.  And I'm less
interested in people who agree for the same reason.
