I guess I don't understand this.  Eclipse syntax checks every Java
statement as it is entered.  Not only that, it checks surrounding lines
as well.  And it's very fast.

But the jLpex editors still need work, and syntax checking in
free-format is just one of those things that MUST be fixed for RPG to be
taken seriously as a language.
