I dunno.  Since you're required to register, and you must be logged in to be 
able to
vote, and the site reminds you where you have allocated your votes, something 
tells
me that there's no ballot stuffing going on.  Besides, Anton's request now has a
whopping 15 votes, 11 more than the nearest other feature request.  Well, maybe 
that
*could* be construed as ballot stuffing!
