/Free is not an issue really since CALLP requires this when used in fixed
form too.

First you need to specify EXTPGM like so:

D AA47R001        PR       ExtPgm('ProgNameGoesHereInUpperCase)

The you need to specify the parms just as for a subproc listing them one
after the other.  Not sure if P1USER in your example is supposed to be a
parm or the name of the program to call.  Check the RPG Redbook for examples
on this stuff.

You might also want to take advantage of the fact that the proto name and
the program to call don't have to match - so the proto name can be
meaningful!!  Like GetCustDetail or WriteSubfilerec or .....
